What is included in the flower wall rental fee?

The rental fee includes the flower wall, stand, base weights, delivery, setup, and tear-down. Delivery is complimentary within a 25-mile radius of Wichita. Additional fees may apply for extended travel.

How big is the flower wall?

Our standard flower wall measures 8 feet by 8 feet. We recommend a 10x10 foot area to ensure adequate space for setup and photo opportunities.

Where can the flower wall be placed?

Indoor use is preferred. Outdoor setups may be accommodated for an additional fee to allow for proper anchoring and protection. The flower wall must be placed on a flat, level surface and kept safe from the elements. For outdoor events, the area must be covered and shielded from wind, rain, and direct sunlight. We strongly recommend positioning the wall in front of a solid structure—such as a building or fence—for added stability.

Can I add a sign to the flower wall?

Yes! For safety and to prevent damage, our team will handle the installation of any signs you provide.

How long is the rental period?

The standard rental period is 5 hours. Extended rental times may be available for an additional fee—just let us know what you need.

Is a deposit required to reserve the wall?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due seven days before your event.

Can I add my own decorations to the flower wall?

To preserve the quality and integrity of our flower wall, we do not allow customers to attach decorations or accessories directly. If you’re interested in customizing the wall, please contact us to discuss your ideas—we offer add-on decor options.

Do you offer other flower wall styles?

How far in advance should I book a flower wall?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability.
